Refund Policy - Online & In store

Due to every item being made to order, including standard sizing, all purchases are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

What if the Product delivered was faulty?

Images of outfits are taken before shipping and all outfits go through rigorous quality control. In the event that your item has been sent faulty, please send pictures to info@lillysboutiqueonline.com and we will decide whether the return is acceptable. Please note, we only consider products faulty if they have a severe defect or damage making it unwearable. Items that are damaged due to normal wear are not considered damaged or faulty products. Please note, because all products are handmade, there may be slight variations in embroidery/work/colour compared to the picture. This does not mean the item is faulty. 

We are not liable for damages to the product after it has been received by you.

If the package has been damaged in transit, please do not accept the parcel and let us know via email to: info@lillysboutiquelondon.com.

Can I cancel an order?

All of our products are made to order, please note that we can only accept a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order as fabric would have already been sourced and production will have started.
